For more than two decades, Sandra Hines has built her business on a simple belief: every client deserves exceptional representation, regardless of price point. While she is widely recognized for marketing Seattle's most distinctive homes, Sandra's true passion lies in helping clients at every stage of life—from first-time buyers and growing families to downsizers and luxury sellers—with the same level of care, strategy, and service.
As the founder of The Hines Group at The Agency Seattle, Sandra has earned a reputation as one of the city's most trusted real estate advisors. Her expertise spans neighborhoods throughout Seattle, with particularly deep roots in West Seattle, where she has lived and worked for more than thirty years. Known for her innovative marketing, sharp pricing instincts, and hands-on approach, Sandra has consistently ranked among the region's top-producing brokers and has been recognized by RealTrends as top 1.5% in the nation consistently and as Best in Client Satisfaction by Seattle Magazine 11 years running, and Seattle Times Best in the PNW Luxury Real Estate Team for the last 3 years.
Originally from Texas, Sandra relocated to Seattle in the early 1990s and spent nearly a decade in hospitality and public relations, ultimately serving as Corporate Director of Public Relations for Westin Hotels & Resorts. That background continues to shape her business today, influencing everything from the client experience she delivers to the sophisticated marketing strategies she brings to every listing.
Clients describe Sandra as an advocate, problem solver, and trusted guide—someone who not only negotiates fiercely on their behalf but also makes one of life's most significant transitions feel manageable and exciting. Her reviews consistently highlight her responsiveness, creativity, market knowledge, and unwavering commitment to treating every client as if they were her only client.
A breast cancer survivor, Sandra credits that experience with reinforcing the values that have always guided her personally and professionally: authenticity, resilience, and the importance of human connection. She believes that real estate is about far more than buying and selling homes—it's about helping people navigate change and build the lives they envision for themselves and their families.
When she's not working with clients or dreaming up her next marketing campaign, Sandra enjoys traveling, entertaining, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and spending time with her partner, Grant, and her children, Sabrina and Max.
Whether representing a first-time buyer, a longtime homeowner, or a seller preparing to pass along a cherished family home, Sandra approaches every relationship with the same philosophy: luxury isn't defined by a price tag—it's defined by the experience.
