As Operations Director and a licensed real estate broker, Krista plays a vital role in supporting both buyers and sellers while overseeing the countless details that ensure every transaction runs smoothly. Her background managing inspections, coordinating vendors, and guiding clients through the transition into homeownership has given her a unique understanding of every stage of the real estate process. Whether she is helping prepare a home for market, assisting clients through inspections, or facilitating behind-the-scenes logistics, Krista is dedicated to delivering the elevated service and thoughtful guidance that define The Hines Group experience.

When she isn't supporting clients, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband, Colin, their two young adult children, and Harry, their beloved rescue Boxer-Pointer mix. She can often be found gardening, working out, or taking long walks through the West Seattle neighborhoods that have been home to her family for generations.
